Finally got a dry day so that I could get the last few jobs done on the TF.
All of the brake pipes are now replaced and I'm just waiting for a few bolts so that I can fit the new rear calipers.
The rear subframe mounts have now been replaced.... (what a lovely job that was!)

Hopefully I will have it back on 4 wheels soon then I can start on R40s head.

I like that the bolt screws in to the mount better than the original exposed thread.
Anti sieze of your choice would mean it will come out later.

It's a really well thought out piece of kit..so much better than the original and it will make dropping the front or rear subframe much easier.

I'm only changed the small ones on the rear, the only bad one was the one in the photo.
Next job is to get the exhaust fitted.
Anyone know if the pre and post cat sensors are the same part?

Yes both sensors are the same. To verify this have a check on the Rimmers site, the info will be in the electricals category.

I have added three USB-C ports to my dash, next onto the wiring.

That’s neat, are they for phone or other hardware. How are you routing your cables, I’m always interested in cable routing, any better methods than my own I pinch.

They are just for power, so charging phones etc. they use a 5v supply so I am using a cheap voltage regulator in a 3D printed case.

I will use some double sided tape to fix the voltage regulator and run the supply from a new fuse box, which I have yet to fit.

Ah! One of my favourite buck regulators, as cheap & easier to use than a 7805 & associate bits.
