That looks very neat alongside the new cubby in place of the ashray. I like the idea of the integrated volt meter too

I was faffing around with my car and had the front wheel off.
I thought..ha I will grease the front suspension nipple..but I don't have one.
Have I been short changed and if so I don't like it.

Thanks generous_dad. I didn’t want the temptation of using the cig lighter socket for charging - the wires annoyed me no end. I took the supply straight off the cig lighter. So it’s now redundant. Chopped the purple/grey and black wires leaving enough for future reconnection if needed and soldered the new socket wiring to them. It’s a 10A fuse in the board and the wiring ‘loom’ can me with an inline 5A so shouldn’t need to go out and buy a fire extinguisher!😁Cheers, M.

Yes but the TF should have two at the front.
I'm not very happy 😁

Thats odd. There should definitely be grease nipples for the top arm swivels. Only the front pair on the TF, its just the F that also has them on the rear suspension.

Could thjey just be covered up with muck or has someone actually blanked them off ? They are worth greasing occasionally to prevent wear and noise.

They just aren't there.
I even looked up pics on here first and I have scrutinised everywhere and there is no nipple or anything blanked off.
I thought I had bought a whole car! 😁

Ok guys! I can't believe you all fell for it!
Of course I have 2 grease nipples and if I had been looking remotely in the right place I would have found them. Covered in mud and grease.
So the numpty of today is TA22GT! 🙄
At least I did buy a whole car..😉

This week I stuck some rubber in places and bought a roof! In that order haha.

I used some sticky backed rubber "draught stopper" (imagine a rubber half tube with tape on the back and you're on the right track) to create a better seal between the soft top and the windshield. It turned out to be a great success!

Then a spare hard top popped up from sale right about 4 miles from my house, so I pinched that.

She's not in the best knick and I frankly overpaid a little, but I really needed a hardtop quick cause my soft top ain't cut out for year round use haha.

Yeah it took me scraping off about an inch of old grease to find them on mine earlier!
