Don't have anyone handling PR, we are a small family run business and so any responses you see either here or on mg-rover.org are directly from me.
I have one person asking for a refund (which is fine), but because of the legal side, I've asked that person to put that request in writing with a signed letter and to enclose a SAE. I wouldn't want a dispute if the winning ticket turned out to be one that had been re issued and the original entrant had now "changed their mind" about having requested a refund!
