Fixes a bug that people got error 17 when flashing a SAWS map.
Adds the feature to read firmware and map IDs in MEMS3.
Merges the features of BMW and ISO modes of EDC15C4 so that they are the same.
Merges the features of BMW and ISO modes of EMS2000 so that they are the same.
Warning that the interface isn't powered in multiple languages.
