This version is only available for Windows.
It fixes a problem with a clash between pscan and some remote desktop software as reported by Rich here

Additionally there was a corner case where pscan on Linux could produce a different hardware "fingerprint" than Windows causing the same dual boot laptop to consume both licenses even though they are the same laptop. This release aligns the Windows fingerprint with the Linux one and so this shouldn't happen (though I never had a customer report this anyway).
If you are an existing customer with a working installation of pscan then you can either apply this upgrade or ignore it. It should not make any difference.
