Well, the results are in: the scan showed no abnormality other than some increased fat around the kidneys, which they monitor and is normal-ish for my urinary condition.
The C markers in the blood retested normal (for me). The consultant said this can sometimes happen due to other factors, hence the retest and scan. Often happens if stressed apparently, raises levels of summat or other in the blood which can confuse the tests, and some you will know about our recent troubles with our daughters ex. So, another reason to hate the creep.
So, you're stuck with me a while yet.
