btw your just the man, i'm going to start my hpd bonnet conversion next week... do you have any tips? and how far did you go... i mean did you duct the wole air flow out the bonnet using steel sheeting? i'm trying to figure out how to do it all with minimal fabrication

oh and did you mod your stock bonnet or did you have a fiberglass on made bud?

Unfortunately my Spanish guy has had a bit of bad news - he's out of action for a couple of weeks.

So far I know the pods are complete and ready for manufacture, along with a couple of other useful mods... I'll try and get some info as soon as possible. I Hope to get a sample copy of a few of them prior to full launch.

Hello Adam,
I'm also very interested in the lambo style door hinges.
I'm not sure if it was mentioned, but do the hinges allow the doors to be opened "normally", and "lambo" style?
If it was the case, then I would need to know the price, and as I'm living in France, a trip to Madrid would have to be arranged to get them put onto the car.

Hi Guys, The lambo doors allow 'lambo style' and 'normal' opening as far as I am aware (not seen then up close and personal as yet!). They were designed because my Spanish friend had problems with another style (cheap Chinese make he described them as) and so designed his own more substantial and easier to fit ones!

Sorry the mods are taking a while to materialise - it's frustrating for me as I cant wait for my new under-bonnet box and coolant system mod to arrive! BUt I have to respect my friends problems at the mo (nothing to do with work or the Mg Project so no worries there!) - he will be back in action really soon and we can go from there.

you sir are a scholar and a gentleman... thanks for all the help with the PMs and these pics which make things a bit more clear... as for the swear tin i banned it from my garage when i started doing serious work on my TF, i couldn't afford food nor shelter! but all part of the fun!!!

a project thread will be up as of monday as im doing another job at the same time... btw do i recall you saying you were thinking about bucket seats?

hi gos, can't admire your effort in trawling ebay more........... but lol

the vent surrounds i've seen i didn't really like, nor the dial surrounds... they look good in other peoples cars don't get me wrong and mike knight has some clock surrounds in brushed alloy that really look good

however there is a bit of a subtle thing i'm going for in that everything in the car is there only for function and that the "form" part of form function only results from doing things for a set reason... for example im looking at 6 pot calipers for the front of my TF from hi-spec... they look gorgeous but only because they've been designed to do a job perfectly and not one scrap of metal exists where it doesn't need to be... in other-words i dont like the idea of something "stuck on" does that make sense? just a person preference when it comes to taste

the same reason for wanting lambo doors odly enough... i find it hard to get out the car in my garage... so the fact the lambo doors look good is a bonus!

anyhow as for the vents and suck im going to go for piano black LE500 style painted ones... i saw someone on here put in a LE500 center console and i reckon piano black on red leather will look the dogs dangalies without being "fake" as in metal looking paint... and you of all people should love the idea of more black ;)
