while the cluch is being replaced get the clutch relese arm re greased

New slave cylnder being fitted, along with rear brake pipes and 2 sub frame bolts which had corroded

She will be like new when you get her back, keep the faith chick

Thanks John good job, I already had the major parts, cambelt gear box clutch etc etc

I get her back tomorrow and I am stupidly excited

remember to bed the clutch in no dumping it in lol

Gear selector has been done as well

gear selector done as well good now you wont be able to find the gears

just take it steady for a couple of hundred just nice normal pull aways once clutch is engaged fully you can still go fast
once the cople of hundred has passed then you can floor it

The idea is 200 miles of normal driving, lots of clutch use, up and down the gears, to bed everything in it is a case of "softly softly to catch the monkey" ouch! XXX

I will do lots of gear changes, I think I am taking "Naughty" (daughter) out for a run as she is cooking steak tea for me, so that will mean we are going to end up in Solihull, or Birmingham

Just arranging to have the stereo fitted, Halfords £24.99, but they earth to the hand brake only...

Phoned my body guy so that should be done in the next couple of weeks, and then it's onto the interior, again
