Thanks for the warm welcome guys. It's taken me a while to reply with christmas etc. but with all of that crap out of the way it's time to focus on the TF.
Having had a look preliminary look at it yesterday it seems that we're dealing with a car that's owner meant well but went to Kwik Fit too many times.
The upper front subframe has had a nice patch put into it but in cutting the old metal out they cut into the wheel arch liner too
soo we've got two nice subframe boxes to replace them with.
There was a nice surprise in that someone had spent some cash on spax adjustables for it which is always a bonus. (the TR7 incidentally came to us with spax adjustables too and you need to be able to set up the suspension on a true sports car )
So after removing just one wheel we have a rather nice list of stuff already to be done....gonna be worth it in the end though
