Invalid or non-existent item ID.If I bought this one would I be able to get the extra bits to fit this to my Mk1 MGF?

It looks like it may just need a silicone adaptor hose and a mounting bracket.
At that price you would be in pretty good shape.

Yeah you want a bit of silicon hose, I use a 45 degree bit or you could use a full 90 degree corner

something like this but can't remember the exact size off the top of my head

Woow that price shot up a bit, still a really good buy though

one thing to check when you get it, make sure the sponge sock is ok as they can't be replaced on the viper

Invalid or non-existent item ID.When looking at these filters etc on ebay - are they all universal or are they car specific? Im asking as they all look the same but the adds state for car A etc

I know all the ones I've seen have the same filter unit. Perhaps the fittings/hoses are more specific.:shrug:

i bought one second hand that was off a Renault clio, or was it a VW Golf?:shrug: I had to buy a new hose to get the length to reach the side intake.
Other than that, it fit fine.:yesnod:

A bit late I know but I bought a brand new Viper for my F that was for a Subaru Impreza. I had to modify the alloy inlet pipe slightly, other than that a perfect fit. The 45 degree silicone pipe was exactly right etc.
