I would just like to say hi as I am new here.... I hope to pick up a few hints and tips as having bought an mgf last weekend I am having a few problems already. I will find out the problems tomorrow at the garage. whilst I am on here are there any local mechanics on here?

I don't think I have enough space to put my problems down..... here goes
had the car for four days, day 1......over heated, day 2 it wouldn't move for a short while, then it makes a vibration noise today it backfired then the roof blew open whilst driving ,
it went straight to the garage and await for the estimate tomorrow!

I'm in Bexhill there is Vasstcchnik at Pevensey who are not bad and a chap in Heathfield he hates MGF and TF's but is very good as long as you put up with his moaning and you sweet talk him ie buy him a beer after he has fixed it

You are indeed! There are a few of us in Sussex (east and west). Apparently Sussex is in France.
