i noticed quicksilver has said he has spax dampers (and something to do with gas or something) anyway is that what coil-overs are? if anyone has them, my next big spend is going to be on some adjustable suspension, and i know nothing about adjustable suspension so i better start learning!

will they be any good for a TF? i need to learn what all the suspention marlarky is about, basically i want to lowed Bucephalus, but i want adjustablilty like you have on a motorbike so i can hacve a softer ride for normal driving but stiffen her up for track days

i know the gaz system is good but is around £600 (think from mgoc) but if i can get a good system second hand all the better

i need to figure out what else i need to change/ improve such as putting poly bushes in maby?
