Has pscan been used on a KV 2.5 on the Chinese built Rover 75 (Roewe 750)?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Do you know what engine management it is running?

I think SAIC moved it from the problematic rain gutter. Does a TRW ECU sound about right, I recall seeing a box at the back of the engine bay.

pscan has not been used on a Roewe 750.
It would be interesting to develop it, but it would take a lot of work.
I know that the Roewe has a totally different automatic transmission compared with the Rover 75 so we can expect the electronics to be different.

Do own one of these cars?
Which country are you from?
Was your Roewe 750 purchased in your country or privately imported from somewhere else?

Yes I own one, my wife bought it new in Shanghai and we exported it to Canada in 2023.

If this is something that I am going to support, then I would need access to a vehicle, or at least some ECUs and wiring diagrams. The problem is that I don't suppose that there are any Roewe 750s in the UK given that they were left hand drive only.

Is there an owners club or support forum or something with a reasonable number of English speakers present?

I dunno what markets these things were sold in, but I can narrow it down a tiny bit by telling you they weren’t sold here in Oz.
