Software version 042C

This release includes the following:-

Bug fix for TD5.
Some customers were experiencing scrambled output when reading error codes on the TD5.
I have not been able to replicate this but I think that I know why and I believe that I have fixed it.
This scrambled output may have also happened with some other ECUs, and I think would be in the scenario that you read error codes and there aren't any.
The TD5 error code software also now displays the exact same codes that a Landrover T4 tool displays. Previously they were reverse engineered from a different tool.
I might put some of the codes back from the other tool, but for now it was too difficult to mix them.
The TD5 codes are also now split into "Current" and "Historic" codes.
