Wife headed on out for lunch with her sister. Perfect excuse to take a look at the exhaust again. Took your advice talkingcars and swapped the gaskets around and it seems to have done the job. Andy ( Mr Lawrence is a bit formal for the t-bar ) I'll keep an eye on it and may take your advice if I have any more problems. Oh and I couldn't help but notice how shiny my new stainless steel back box was while I was underneath the car 😁

Problem solved...but
For exhaust sealing I find high temperature silicone sealant to be the best by far!
loctite SI 5990
Far superior to the "paste" variety
