Wind Deflector Brackets 7 years 3 months ago #175283

Hi, does anyone know of a supplier for the plastic brackets that fit on the sides of the standard MGF Wind Deflector?
We can find the body fixings in metal but not the side brackets.

Good question. I have one of these plastic brackets that is broken. I figured I just have to make one out of because I can't find a replacement.

Which brackets are you looking for exactly? A photo maybe?

These brackets?

Or the plastic 'arms' that slot into them?
If so sorry, but I've not managed to find anyone that does these yet. :(

Hi All and thank you for the replies,

Maggie is in the bodyshop having some cosmetic work so I can't take a picture of the brackets [Wife + Granite Rock = Sill scraped :( ].

The ones we need are the plastic ones that go on the side of the deflector and slot into the parts shown in the link richandpaula kindly provided.

Our 2001 Stepspeed has only covered 36k and is nearly 100% original so keen to get as close to the original part as possible.

That's the piece that is broken on the wind deflector I had; a more complicated piece to make than I originally thought.
