Hi has anybody used CATS2U and can they recommend them and their products?

I probably need to repkace my Cat (2002 MGTF 135), any other recommendations for reasonably priced suppliers would be gratefully received.
cheers

I would recommend NOT getting a cat on price only.
The cheap ones won't pass your MOT next year and will probably struggle this year!
I replaced the original with a cheapie and struggled with emissions. Replaced it with another cheapie and struggled again.
Replaced that with an oem and the car has flown through the last three MOT emissions tests.

I totally agree David . When I needed one for our Classic Mini I spoke to a local company who make S/Steel exhausts and sports cats . He showed me the size of the catyist brick from the inside of an after market system , he then showed me the ones he fits and the difference was startling. On something like a cat I would try and buy the best I could . The Mini now has a S/S system with a quality cat .

David, These companies are selling type approved Cats for between £75-£120+. In fact a thread on another site said that one bought from MGOC was actually a BM Cat which are type approved and generally available.I would always be looking for a genuine Type approved cat
