error codes 10 years 9 months ago #123957

hopefully somebody can put me on right track my tf has been running a little rough for a week so whilst my local garage replaced my rear discs and pads I asked them to check it out and they got following error codes which are all historic

P1232 fuel pump relay test not complete
P0650 malfunction indicator lamp (mil) control circuit malfunction
P0481 a/c condenser fan ( my car hasn't got ac )
P1191 rear lambda sensor per-heating test not complete
P0445 purge valve drive test not complete
P1539 air conditioner evap temperature sensor , short circuit to battery
P1316 misfire causing excess emissions test not complete

I've had ecu remap by z & f tuning about 18 months ago and as my local garage don't have much to do with tuning they said it might be something to do with problem but after 18 months seems to be odd to me,

can any body point me in right direction to sorting problem out...?

Thanks
Rob

Well they could be all historic as they dont clear themselves so unless theres something wrong with the way the cars running i would not let it bother you to be honest

Presuming mems3 as you have had the car remapped, I would get yourself a cheap obd2 reader off ebay.
Clear all the codes and then see what comes back up after a run.
Most of those faults could have happened ages ago and are just stored in the ecu.

If the initial reading showed no current faults this is very likely. The last code is the one most likely to cause slight running faults.

OBD2 readers come pretty cheap and are not hard to use. You can get various kinds standalone;plug into laptop; and the kind I use a little bluetooth unit that plugs in and you get a readout on your smartphone using an app called torque.
They allow you to see and clear fault codes; clear the MIL light, and the 2nd two allow you to see live sensor data.

Now look for and download the Android app 'torque'. There is a free version or a paid version with a bit more extras available. The free version is fine for fault codes etc.
