does it work with the windbreak up?
It becomes difficult if you have hoops/windbreak fitted.

Sounds like an aerobic exercise. Down 2 - 3 - 4, and rest.1. raise arms above head
2. stretch arms backwards and grab hood
3. use back muscles to pull the hood up and over your head
4. lock in place
probably not the best way, and probably not doing any good to my back either! but it works
