It’s all in the detail & there’s a lot of detail there. The front callipers in body colour are exquisite, a great job.

They say you dont forget your first. I had to learn very quickly when i set out to rescue my first TF, a 2002 115 with early MGF wheels, holey wishbones,collapsed drivers seat, rubbish carpet, dashboard binnacle that was falling off, single set of speakers that had failed, manual mirrors without adjusters, multiple electrical faults.....
I nearly gave up the day i realised I had to drop part of the front subframe to change that wishbone. And I was back thinking just the same when the subframe bolts sheared and Cobber had to tell me how to drill them out. Thanks to the advice received I got it through the MOT and ended up repairing several previous owner bodges and fitting various small upgrades. It was all worthwhile and I sold it on as a decent car after I bought my 2nd
