Having just sold my own weekend car (Jaguar XKR), I now find myself in charge of the missus summer car...an 04 MGTF 135.
Owned by her mum before her the car has just 36k on the clock.
The car has been dry stored all its life so even underneath is in pretty good nick.
It will however need some tidying, so thought this would be a good place to meet likeminded people and hopefully get some good advice as I try to bring this car back to what it should be.
I have the obligatory stiff clutch, so that's my starting point....also needs a new soft top, under body coolant pipes etc.
Is there anything else I should be keeping an eye out for?
We live in Hampshire so a good recommendation for a localish supplier of hoods would be a good start.
Hope to learn a bit more about these cars as the journey starts.

Welcome to the forum! I recently had a new hood and glass rear screen fitted by Peter Jones at MGFMania. Not the closest to Hampshire as he's based up in Knutsford, but in my opinion well worth the visit. Good luck with everything and happy motoring!!!
