I have just connected my Pscan and it is showing a Message "computer not registered" when I click to register it asks me to remove a computer but one is the computer I am using "Toughbook", I am reluctant to remove it as it says it cant be registered again.
I have used this computer many times and I haven't had a problem before can you help please?
