Can i ask what the problem was? 2 codes are temp related, 1 is power steering and the other fuel. These might be old codes logged on the ecu, why not just have them cleared, run the car for a couple of weeks and check the codes again.
Also, you need to take in to consideration the output of the motor you are going to use. Much more than 120hp and the steptronic gearbox will struggle with the extra power.
I had a similar thing about 12 months ago, system was pressuring and filling the expansion tank.
On investigation it was found that the head was cracked by number 3 inlet valve which was causing the pressuring.
I have an isolator fitted to the earth post and it works a treat. One complete revolution on the knob to complete the circuit, synchronise the fob, and away you go.
Hello Scotty,
You have seemed to have tried everything, the ABS pump should be self bleeding when you pull fluid through.
How are you bleeding? Easy bleed or some other way, i find the way that works for me is to have someone in the car pumping the pedal and holding pressure while you start at the back , the extra pressure helps to force trapped air out.
The symptoms you have are synonymous with air in the system.
All the best.
