Is there any planes for being able to enable extras like front fog lights on my MEMS3 ZS?

Yes I plan to develop enabling and disabling features in the Pektron ECU.  The battle is finding the time to actually do it.

Things like that are controlled by the pektron SCU (system control unit AKA BCU or body control unit), the MEMS unit is the engine control unit (ECU).

Hi all, just wondered if there was any progress on the enabling of functions at all?

This would be a welcome feature with X-Part and T4 garages closing and also not supporting the older systems.

But as this post was over a year ago with no new update I assume no progress has been made on it.

I can understand that, I have difficult decades.......one after the other........I wonder if I'm actually having a difficult century! :bust:

I am having a look at this now. I'm not going to promise that it will be in the next release, because I remember from before that there are some difficult hurdles for this one.
I'll reply back in a few days when I've made some progress.

update: right now I can't get my T4 to talk to my "bench test" Pektron at all.
Unfortunately it's from a late model 45/ZS V6/180 and it's very difficult to get the T4 to talk to these, though I did manage it once many years ago.
I have an airbag ECU on order from ebay because I think that without that the T4 won't talk to it.

I now have the T4 talking to my bench setup. It appears to be able to enable/disable features, however this is pretty complex as it gets into ZCS coding.

I would appreciate if the locking features of the MF TF and ZR were updated for example
Automatic Locking at 5 km/h Yes/No
Superlocking Yes/No.
Superlocking activated by Single or Double fob press.
