Configuration of Pektron is not yet supported but a lot of people are asking for this.
Now that I have a Rover 25 with a Pektron to play with this should be a bit easier to do.
It will be a few months though.

Just be aware that there are two versions of Pektron alarm softwares and boxes in regard to boot opening. One have that option, other do not.
So, even if pscan enables this option, you might not get it if you have other software in the box.
