TRIED TO USE IT LAST WEEK THE PROGRAM WENT OFF SCREEN ONLY ICON ON SCREEN IS SHORT CUT DESK TOP .TRIED TO DOWNLOAD.IT WILL SHOW INTERFACE NOT RESPOND.DO I HAVE TO BUY ALL NEW SYSTEM.THANKS FOR YOUR TIME CHRIS WILKINSON

Have you tried deleting the copy on your computer and re-installing?

Make sure you download from the new website at www.pscan.uk

P.S using all upper case letters looks like shouting.

Hi Chris

If you still have the old pscan.eu installation then it is supposed to upgrade and overwrite itself with the pscan.uk edition.

Unfortunately it doesn't always work as cleanly as it should.

The answer is to visit http://pscan.uk/install/ and follow the instructions with a new installation.

The new software will work with your old interface and you can use the latest software just like a new customer.
