Sorry, I’m sat having lunch on the summit level of the Leeds Liverpool canal & I can tell you that there’s no low water problem here.
It is dead calm here, with every wind farm moribund & costing us money to do nothing.
I am going to coin a new word for these conditions; Millibund after our illustrious energy minister.

Err... Sorry to be slow on the uptake.
It's a good idea - except, I just about make them fast enough to cover the amount I sell now. I only do it as a hobby and I don't really want any more business than I already have.
