The show you speak of is "The Pride of Longbridge" an annual event opposite the site of old Austin/Rover/MG works, gives the opportunity to display anything Longbridge vehicle related and ex employees (my self being one ) the chance to catch up with old friends, the Group you were talking to were the "MGF & TF Midlands F'ers" a Facebook group who have regular breakfast meetings, evening runs and and atend Car events around the Midlands. It was nice to meet you, maybe when you are happy with your F, you could join us.
