I have been looking for a set of alloys for my TF will a set of 17inch with a pcd of 100mm fit

Standard PCD is 95.25 x 4. It is an increasingly rare size and the only way to fit other sizes is to use adapter spacers.

These are in themselves expensive and also put strain on the wheel bearings because they are usually around 20 -25mm thick.
