Hi, does anybody have a numptys guide to getting to and stripping down F headlights, the how to https://www.the-t-bar.com/forum/54-how-tos/1002-trophy-headlights-how-to-diy seems to have lost all its photos :(

I have been donated some Trophy inserts but do not want to break the lights in the process of changing them, is it a lights out job or can the liners be changed in situe?

Thanks for alerting us to that Mickle. If anyone fancies doing a new guide we'd be happy to post it up.

If you remove the front bumper you can get at all the clips that hold the front glass on. You can then mask up the reflectors and paint the surrounds. This is what Sam did.
However, changing the surrounds has to be done by dismantling the headlamps from the rear. A much harder job with the possibility of breaking fragile plastic beam adjusters I was that soldier...
