For an F, 26 front 28 rear. Standard 15". 24f/ 28r 16"
I run 28 front 30 rear. I've been happy at those pressures for a few years now!

I'm the same as David, I'm running my 15" 5 spoke VVC's at 28lb front and 30lb rear.

Home to black Alfa Romeo 159 3.2 V6 Q4 ,green MGF VVC and red MG Maestro T16.
