Purchased these today off Brown & Gammons,they unearthed them in a clean up they only had this one set .
These are Stephen Palmer original MGF CHEETAH dials..
Not to everyones taste,however these are rarer than hens teeth, very pleased i added these unique items to my collection.

Very cool.

Now I like those ................................... green is a relaxing colour after all.

Fitted the oil and time clock and gauge today.
Changing the speedo dials over it dawned on me there is no fuel gauge.
I will have to see if i can get a transfer made up at sign and graphic shop,giving them the cream fuel gauge i hope they can scan and match the cheetah colours.

Matching the font, may be another challenge!
Looking at the other gauges they don't use stupid symbols, so rather the a symbol of a petrol bowser like the standard one, it would have the word fuel on it instead.

I have spoken to the original supplier of these to SP.
There was only a few sets made the ones i have are serial number 001.
I have asked if he would be interested in reproducing full sets again.

The original manufacturer of the cheetah instrument as resolved my issue and remanufactured a set for me.

I wonder if they'd be willing to do a full set and, if so, how much??

He does a lot of bespoke work,and I think after chatting with him one of those types who prefers to stay off the radar.
He will make them for me but I don't think he wants the aggravation of how much this and that the enquires that come with it l,as with most bespoke work, customers do not get that overly concerned with price within reason.
I do not think the market would be that great considering the amount of cheaper aftermarket styles available.

Installed them this afternoon, just tested them in dark,funky how the eyes light up.
