Just finished the latest Mod. Twin USB charging sockets wired to ignition, Aux socket wired to a switch so permenant power is available for charging phones locked in glove box. Seeing as the lighter socket is in the way when driving. All done for about £10

These are the sockets off eBay they're held onto the mounting plate but locknuts on the back of each socket so they come out and can be mounted individually. Then I just bought a switch and some inline fuse holders too.

The rest is just random crimp style blade connectors and piggy backs connected to the wiring under the drivers fuse box.

There are other ones availailable on eBay slightly cheaper and with different style of plug covers

I did something similar to this, picked up the switched radio feed and used a relay to take a fused supply to a 3 way socket bar hidden in the glovebox. Neat way to run power leads for the sat nav, road angel, and a phone charger, all nicely coming on when the ignition turned to the aux position.
