Had a look in the techie areas but not sure I can find what I'm looking for..

Basically passenger door no longer opens from the outside.. handle pulls up, you hear a click, but that's it.. so have to open it from the inside.. is this an easy fix and if so, where do I look for some instructions please

Probably, one of the connecting rods has become disconnected. often it is the one that attaches to the door handle itself. The fact that it works from the inside suggests that. It is often just that the pivot screw comes unloose and its just a matter of tightening it up again. You need to take off the door card. It can be fiddly.

had to take the door card out and then the door handle.. seems the lever on the door handle was loose, just needed tightening up.. easy fix, but pain to get to..
