Is there anywhere on this planet a simple guide on how to adjust the gear cables on a TF, the only gear I'm having problems with is 5th, reverse can sometimes be temperamental, its pretty embarrassing now when select 5th and get nothing but high revs.

If you try adjusting (shorten) the bottom cable you will probably get some improvement. The one that is horizontal at the rear bell crank fitment. Try disconnecting the ball and socket joint and unloosen the little lock nut on the cable end, then turn the socket clockwise to shorten the cable. Refit the ball and try again. You may need a few tries to get it correct. When you're happy re-tighten the lock nut.
