Have now finished doing some upgrades to my TF160 and very happy Have fitted:-

- Mike Satur comfort suspension which has lowered the car by 12mm
- Z&F remap
- Pipercross filter with cold air feed
- TT Mk7 exhaust which sounds great
- Toyo TR-1s allround.

Car looks great and goes very well. Have set the suspension at 12 clicks F and 17 R with pressures at 26F/36R. However whilst the car feels planted i am getting oversteer which becomes understeer on LH bends. Any ideas?

Check wheel bearings for play..

The car recently went through the MOT and no play was found. The rear o/s wheel bearing has just been replaced as well after it collapsed.

Still tempted to try black wheels every time I see another good looking example...just worried about how noticeable WHEN Paula kerbs it....again...

With 17 clicks on the rear dampers and 36psi in the tyres I suspect the rear is too stiff. Try 14 on the dampers and 34psi in the tyres. See how that feels.

Have you had the tracking checked? You need a 4 wheel laser alignment centre.

Yep she has had 4 wheel alignment done. Think I may go down the route of softening the rear.
