Yoda helped move the rear subframe


R2 read the cars ECU and raised the doors to 'attack position'



And Vader kindly lent me his light sabre as my plasma cutter is playing up

Im loving that engine in subframe looks very tidy is it the vhpd 190 head.

It's a TF 160 head.. Ported and polished by Hellier.. 633 cams, vernier pullies, EN 24 flywheel and AP clutch, full bottom end balance, scholar Evo2 block and forged pistons and a set of Titan ITBs with cream injectors

The subframe has been fully seam welded.. Vibra technics engine mounts

Modded clutch slave bracket..


A lot of the rear suspension has been replaced or uprated.. Custom made rear arms.. Hubs have had a fair amount of work.. 5x100 PCD flanges, custom brakes (312x25mm vented discs with HiSpec 2 pot rears..

Yes quite a few of the race boys remove the vvc mech and cam up the better flow of the 160 head.There was a lot more janspeed who done the original casting headwork for mg rover could have done with the 160 head.They was restricted by MG ROVER budget restraints.
Have you thought about adding any VHPD throttle bodys on it are you running it on emerald k6 iam assuming.

There's a detailed build thread over on MG-rover.org 100+ pages (mostly drivel lol)

Done a lot to the suspension, torsional stiffness of the car, brakes, bodywork etc..
