Well here's a question that I don't know the answer to.
Is the 1.6 TF fitted with a 52mm or standard 48mm throttle body?

If its 48 anybody got a spare 52 :whistle:

48mm I believe and plastic inlet manifold. I would be tempted to change the manifold to alloy and not bother with the 52mm TB.b

It is a 48 but I would change it and the manifold for the alloy version with a 52mm tb
