Your oil breather pipes from the engine feed back oil vapours into the throttle body/inlet manifold to be burnt in the engine. On worn engines this can become problematic as more oil than vapour is blown out by escaping compression pressure. So the engine starts burning more and and more oil.
The oil catch tank intercepts these breathers and collects(catches) any oil blown out of the engine.

If you fit a catch tank the return pipe back to the tb still needs to be connected. If there is no facility on the titan tb then you are back to square one.

The Titan independent throttle bodies don't have return lines..

I need to vent the crank case of the engine to stop the build up of pressure.. Hence the need for an oil catch tank..

But the return pipe from the catch tank has nowhere to go if there is no connection on the titan. You could vent out to atmosphere but wouldnt that make the idle speed unstable due to loss of vacuum.

Not sure i flow you

I need the catch tank for the crank pressure

No return needed.. Just to stop the crank case over pressurizing

The return from the catch tank will prob go to a filtered vent

I'm running an emerald ecu.. The emerald will be set up for the titans..

The only advice I'd offer is get one that you can open up so you can install some stainless steel wire wool to slow the air flow and allow the oil to drop out.

We used to do this to our Buells, (motorbikes), they were based around a hopped up Harley Sportster engine and were heavy breathers.
I personally favoured the long inclined pipe and filter method. the idea was that a long pipe to the rear of the bike allowed the oil to condense and run back to the head and the filter, a small round chromed k&n type caught most of the rest allowing any water vapour to pass.
The point is there are quite a few available for the motorbike market and the Harley boys like their bling so there are some very nice ones for a very nice price.
I temporarily did this to my f using and old one I had laying around from the Buell, when the connecting pipe to the plastic throttle body snapped while I was releasing the other end. I plugged the hole in the TB and fitted the filter to the boot bulkhead it worked well.
I have replaced the whole pile of plastic junk with an alloy TB and manifold from a later VVC and so the filter is back on the shelf
