It's not my area of expertise but from memory. General driving 8 - 12. With 12 being a popular setting.
Track use 20 -24.

I run exactly as David stated. 12 on the road, track 18-24 depending on track and conditions (less in wet, more in dry generally)

just fitted the mike satur spax ones , about 32 -34 settings overall , got them set at 12 its a bit soft and loose ......yes all bolts are tight

I have run my car [ with spax and xpower ] for 50,000mls+ on 22 front 26 rear
have I been running them too hard

Personal choice really.
The majority seem to go with 12, but if you're happy don't worry!
