ok , trying to fit front fogs to my wee 200 series , basic set up , no fanciness like wiring into the dipped beams or a lighted switch or owt , just a basic on / off required legalities be damned

......and I cant for the life of me remember how it works .

what I've got so far is a relay , 1 pin is earthed , 1 is fused to the battery , 1 runs 2 x blue wires to the lamps (the lamps are earthed individually ) and the last pin runs a green wire to a 2 pin switch

I've got a good earth at the relay and its showing 12v there
I've got the green wire going to the switch ....and i've earthed the other terminal at the switch ...is that right ?

anyway nowts happening help !

Got it I think , should have picked up a 2nd live feed at the switch rather than an earth .....doh

why thank you , I've done it before but it was years ago and the instructions included in the wiring pack were vague to say the least , memory finally kicked in after about 2 hours with a bloody multimeter checking everything 6 times
