If it is the Z&F then Mark told me it didn't matter as he is not normally doing a rolling road tune but just making adjustments based on his knowledge of where the performance was reigned in the production map. It's different if it is being mapped on a rolling road, though, then yes, get it sorted first. If you are prepared to always put RON 98/99 fuel in then Mark can make allowance for that on your map, and even as standard like mine still is the remap makes a noticeable difference.
Mine's also an LE500, do these have the smaller throttle body?
