as some peeps might know the plastic manifold tends too warp overtime and changing it to a alloy one seems to fix this issue.
i did see this conversion on here some time ago i think it was david that done the conversion. can anybody enlighten me with what needs to be done :yesnod:

Yep, I did that.
Basically it's a straight swap - plastic for aTF135 alloy manifold. Swap the injectors, IACV and fuel line- Fuel pressure regulator, and Map sensor to the new manifold.

All swap straight over, block the vacuum tap that's used for the silly exhaust valve thingy.

Getting the plastic one out is a tight squeeze, but if you've got a enclosed CAf fiter, just whip it off and the the manifold will come out sideways.

The alloy one is in two parts so easy to get in.
