it took 18 leds at 22p each as i dont use the cheap ones then 9 resistors at 1p each
time wise to get the best pointer colour ect its about 5 hrs to do a full set ( if you know what your doing lol )

well i looked at that and lets just say woooosh straight over the top.. so here is another question.. i bought these
thinking i could just solder them direct to a 12v supply + - so when the came i did a little test with an old 12v cigerette adaptor cut off the plug and soldered the led direct to the + and - wires but the led flickered and died so im guessing although they say suitabe for car use i guess not direct 12v does anybody know or can point me in the right direction of what leds i need
99 % of leds need a resistor as max current is usualy 20mA (0.020 A)
