Removing the cat usually causes a general increase in overall exhaust noise.

I have one fitted to my Nissan, but the pain of refitting it to pass the emmissions part of the mot, outweighs any benefit.

depends on the back box really

on mine it was superbe, increase in note and noise... lots of burbles and bangs and pops and growls

ross has one on his TT- so his exhaust is basically a pipe... thats just deafening lol
