Via VERY strong (I mean it!) double sided tape.

I've just finished painting my pair but I'm unsure if I've matched the colour correctly. If I've buggered them up I'll give them to a paintshop to do.

Like MikeKnight said - very strong and thin double sided tape. Some guys also used glue - not sure which type exactly - but the tape is good enough to keep them on up to 220+ km/h. Tape is supplied with the scoops.
