Coolest MG - 1960's Sports Car
An ancient thread but I can'r help myself...
1st MGA, but it has to be the Mk1 1500 - purest strain and because I had one when it was 'just an oid sportscar'
2nd. Midget if it's a 948 Mk 1 (I had several later ones) for being the simplest cheapest fun on four wheels. Lent it to a friend when we worked in the London suburbs - brought it back from his commute saying it was the closest thing he could imagine to having a supercharged rollerskate strapped to his arse. Traffic was slower then...
3rd. MGB because I wanted one at age 17 and it took me 53 years to get one (you do the maths)

There are times when you need 4 seats with the top down. I would love a Stag.

I drove past a new house on an estate the other day & it’s footprint was less than that Cadillac & yes, if the kids insist on playing out with mum & dad the Jensen is top dog.
