Just seen this on another Forum, and as its a MG TF any sightings or parts being offered please advise the police.

Stolen MGTF
My Mates brothers MGTF was stolen last night from the Portsmouth area.

It is a special edition raven black sunstorm reg TF 53 GOS so quite easy to spot,

Police think it could still be in the area so please keep an eye open for it

Was Gos'car. Derek, his brother, bought it and it is him it's been stolen from.

Must admit never really thought about the car alarm.

Does it just set a horn/alarm off if any of the doors or boots opened. Or is it a engine immobiliser as well.

But then the keys are coded to the alarm so that means its immobilised until the correct key is used.

Poses the question how they stole it.

Thats why so many houses are broken into for the keys, or the car jacking and driving off.

With the low value of the F/TF's makes you wonder.

Just heard its been found in London in good condition

Thats good, do you know how it was stolen I.E keys used or hot wired ?

Not a clue how it got nicked, Just repeating what was on Org.

Maybe the crook got waved at so many times he dumped it.

Good result, fear is its put in a lock up and stripped for parts.

Glad the guy will get it back OK.
