Hopefully now Fizz is water tight
The leak from the air intake box has left some surface rust in the footwell... Im going to wire brush it, whats best to treat it with before I hammerite it??

So, what type of Hammerite would you put Kurust treated metal?

Just any old one...? when I picked up the Kurust from Halfords at the weekend, I was slightly bemused by the amount of different types of Hammerite on offer.

I think I just have some white hammerite smooth, I bought off ebay far cheaper than Halfords

Got the passenger footwell carpet up after work and the worst rust on the car was there, winking back at me. Arrgghhh, it never ends.

Halfords is worth paying extra for the wonderful customer service from the helpful, knowledgeable staff

but to be honest i find them helpful but i usually know what i want
