What body work are you having done John?

Are you having your PIP implants replaced? :pinch:

The cars were cleaned and ready.........

Jan arrived just after 2, however Vicky has had a bump in her car and could not attend.

Graham arrived while we were chatting and having a cuppa :)

I used an 8mm socket to remove the 3 nuts that hold in the rear light cluster.

The covers were removed from their wrapping.......

......and offered into position.

The holes in the covers fit over the 3 light retaining cluster bolts. The covers are a tight fit and you may need to push a bit of carpet out of the way. I was lucky enough to have John to help and a car with them all ready fitted two has a guide :)

These are a fantastic upgrade, look neat and protect the wires and bulb holders. Only disadvantage is they will make changing a bulb a longer job :)

It is the Lexus Style aftermarket lights that have short bolts :bang: The OEM lights have longer bolts and the covers can be fitted without removing the nuts. The downside is having to change a bulb, needs two people to put the light back!!!

Just a thought, it might be worth considering a "half nut" to hold the light cluster in and fit the cover over them with the original nuts. ignore me if you think this to be stupid :slapme:
